Cass' Views on City and Government
Foundation:
Public Safety
The foundation to any successful city is the strength of its public safety. This includes things like the police force, the fire department, and first responders, dealing with issues such as crimes, evacuation routes, natural disasters, and homelessness. I believe that a strong foundation creates the environment necessary for a thriving city.
Second Tier:
Business and Infrastructure
Tier 2 of a city is concerned with maintaining proper business and infrastructure conducive to quality of life in a city. Its about creating and maintaining resources, like housing, water, roads, and electricity, that allows businesses to produce an environment of high quality living that is affordable for its residents. I believe by investing in long-term tier 2 priorities, a city will develop long-term success for its citizens.

Top Tier:
Education and Community
This final element of a city is concerned with education and community building. Things such as libraries, vocation training, work-force programs, parades, and festivals are characteristics of a culturally rich city. It is important to cultivate these aspects to ensure unity in our community.
