"While it is a multifaceted decision, in my professional experience, the Rockrimmon Library lease had uncommon lease terms placing major maintenance costs on the government and, therefore, taxpayer, which ultimately led to this closure. These should have been caught before signing or before any renewal. Libraries should be a protected resource that we foster and grow as our city grows."
